In the hospital setting, we guarantee your orders will be addressed the same day they are called in. Pre-fabricated spinal orthoses will be delivered and fit the same day and custom spinal orthoses are always delivered and fit the following day at the very latest. When necessary, it is possible to complete a custom LSO or TLSO the same day with our lab capabilities. Our practitioners are available to perform OR post-op casting for amputation surgeries. We closely follow and monitor the progress of the patient and can readily make adjustments to optimize the affect of the post operative dressings.

All non-hospital pre-fabricated orthoses are fit within a couple of days of the order if we do not have it in stock thanks to our extensive list of vendors that we have accounts with. Custom molded devices are usually fit within one week from the order. This also includes custom prosthetic devices. Our practitioners do the majority of the fabrication of our devices and monitor the product to be fit from start to finish. Because of this, we are able to offer fast turn around times on all of our custom designed orthoses and prostheses. This allows the treatment plan for your patients to proceed without any delays or extended stays due to waiting for the prescribed orthosis to arrive at your hospital, clinic or the patient's home. That's right. We offer service at all of these locations for your patient's convenience. We provide our services to all the hospitals in the Denver Metro area. We are available to make house calls to patients who cannot make it to one of your clinics or ours. We schedule the time to best meet the patient's availability at home be it evenings or weekends.
This service helps to optimize the rehab process by being available for therapists that are seeing patients in long term health care facilities and home treatment plans. It is an extended service provided with the fitting of the ordered device. Ascent O & P offers continued follow-up services to ensure the patient's orthosis or prosthesis is enabling them to reach their maximum functional outcome. Our close relationship with Ascent Therapy Clinics allows for PT treatment and orthotic or prosthetic training to be done at the same location allowing convenience for the patient and a close working relationship between the patient, therapist and practitioner expediting and optimizing the rehab process.
We are able to provide service for most major medical insurances. We always check into pre-authorization for the patient prior to providing the service. We have an experienced staff that can do these authorizations in a timely fashion as to not slow up the fitting process. We are Medicare and Medicaid providers.
